In September 2019, HDF joined the Design Factory Global Network (DFGN),a network of innovation platforms that drive change in their own institutions. A passion-based culture that unities different platforms from design factories around the world. These shared ways of working and the supporting culture enable collaboration in the network and innovative projects. Annual meetings happen between the DFGN members to share each design factory's education system and discuss global collaborations opportunities. DFGN started with Aalto Design Factory, in Finland, and expanded in 5 different continents. HDF is the 27th member of DFGN.
